2. Data we collect
The enquiry form may provide us with:
- your name, company name, email address and telephone number,
- loading and delivery locations,
- information about the material, quantity, timing, temperature and operating conditions,
- other information voluntarily included in the message.
The server may also record standard technical data, such as IP address, request time, browser type and error information. This data is used for security and diagnostics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling an enquiry and preparing a quotation
Data is processed to answer your enquiry, assess transport feasibility and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract or performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Business communication and protection of claims
We may process data to manage correspondence, maintain service continuity, prevent abuse and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The legal basis is our legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Legal obligations
If a contract is concluded, some data may be processed to comply with accounting, tax or other legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
Data marked as required is necessary for us to answer the enquiry. Other fields are optional, but completing them may speed up shipment assessment.
5. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, email, IT support, accounting, legal advice or other services required to handle enquiries and operate the business. These providers process data under appropriate agreements and only to the extent necessary for their work.
Shipment data may be shared with parties involved in transport organisation when this is necessary to prepare a quotation or perform the service.
6. Retention period
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to handle the matter and conduct commercial discussions. Afterwards, it may be kept until relevant claim limitation periods expire or for a period required by law. Technical and security data is retained for a period justified by website protection and incident analysis.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The website does not load third-party analytics, advertising tools or external fonts. If a hosting or email provider uses infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, data should be transferred under a GDPR-compliant mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

This version of the website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When the form is submitted, the server may create a short-lived technical session identifier to protect against repeated messages. This mechanism is necessary for secure operation of the form.
